Crush Leg Day: 135 Powerful Best Motivation Workout Quotes!
Ah, leg day – that best day in the week that’s everybody’s favorite, said no one ever.
For me, it’s that day that I dread, wondering if I should skip, but I know that I’ll definitely regret if I do. The kind of love-hate relationship.
“But you’ve been posting about self care for the mind, why are you suddenly posting about leg day?” you might ask.
Some Context First
I am on a mission to lose at least 2 inches in waistline (~16 pounds) in 3 months.
“That doesn’t sound too bad”, you might think.
But let me tell you – I’ve signed up for Noom (a psychological-based weight loss app) in February 2023. So far, I’ve lost 4 lbs in 5 months. Unimpressive, I know.
I have LOTS of WORK cut out for me.
This is not a new year resolution, not the “it’ll be great if I lose weight” kind of statement. I NEED to.
It’s for a large family wedding photoshoot, the kind that’ll be hung, looked at, un-hidable forever.
Okay, back to leg day workout
